It's Daylily Time

Meriam White

I love pink daylilies, and Ah Youth is one of the best. The color is a true soft pink.

Lavender Deal

Fairy Tale Pink

This daylily is well-named, as the sparkle on the petals looks just like fairy dust.

  2. Although I'm a fan of all blooms white, I really, really like the pink daylilies. Don't think I see a lot of them around here. Maybe I'm not looking in the right places. Yours are a delight to see.

  3. They are gorgeous! Especially the white one. I am partial to the lighter colored ones since they seem to show up so much better in the summer. Beautiful!

  13. Thank you for your comments everyone!

Monica, a lot of these daylilies don't really have a lot of foliage, unlike the orange ditch lilies. H. citrina forms a large clump, but the foliage is rather narrow and ribbon-like -- it actually looks pretty good once the plant is done blooming.
