With fewer flowers to choose from this time of year, the insects throng together in great numbers where flowers are blooming, in practically a feeding frenzy. Chrysanthemum 'Venus' is one of their favorites.

ReplyDeleteI did see a butterfly in the yard yesterday. I let Phillip take my camera and photograph what was interesting to him. He wasn't quick enough to get the butterfly.
YOu have a lot of insects still busy in your garden.
