We have had a deliciously warm week in central NC and the honeybees

Thank you everyone for your comments. I appreciate all of them.
ReplyDeleteTina the bees are a wonderful sight after winter. The Honeybees, Carpenters, and Bumbles are out and they just love that Winter Honeysuckle.
Anna, we are paying for the nice weather now. Back to the cold rain of 2 weeks ago. Gail wrote that she was being pelted by ice yesterday, and sleet in W-S -- I will join in the chorus of boos and hisses. lol Ah well. Spring is fickle -- it's part of her charm.
How have I missed your blog. Great photos from a neighbor. You likely could have seen a Falcate Orangetip it would be the only white butterfly flying close to the ground with orangetips (male only).
ReplyDeleteWOW! these are great macro shots! especially the last one... and i envy your weather there... i wish i'm that bee enjoying these wonderful early spring flowers:)

Hi Lareine and Linda, and thank you for your kind comments. We're paying for our wonderful weather now, with cold rain this weekend, but the warmth will be back. It was nice to be able to get out in the garden in short sleeves last week.
ReplyDeleteBlue sky and bees, it must be Spring where you live. Lovely!
