Blooming Friday

Is there anything more joyous to behold than a sunflower?

Helianthus angustifolius

Or a single (almost) perfect rose?

'Mermaid' is still putting out a few blooms here and there.

Do you hear the sighs all the way from Sweden? It's about your Mermaid!!!
Lovely rose, but maybe not a rose for the swedish climate...(I've not tried yet...)
    Happy weekend!/

  6. Love your happy sunflowers, and Mermaid is a sweet, little single rose. I have 4 single roses and love them all.

  7. I luv yellow in the garden, especially this time of year. When I look out the window in the early morning and see all the yellow mums, it looks like someone turned on the lights out there. I like your single (almost) perfect rose....nothing is really ever 100% perfect.

  11. Great flowers still. I love that swamp sunflower. All of them here have gone by but they were most pretty.

Yes, please send me some biden seeds and any special info. They spread by seed or runners? I'm not sure but I can find a spot for them.
